Meet the Owner: Clyde du Toit

Clydeandkim

My name is Clyde du Toit, and together with my wife, Kim, we are proud to be the new owners of Burnside NumberWorks’nWords. Our mission is to build children’s confidence and deliver expert maths and English tuition with proven results.

Kim has over 30 years of teaching experience, while I am passionate about mentoring students and tutors. For the past 4.5 years, we’ve successfully run the NumberWorks’nWords Rototuna centre, earning the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Award for ‘Franchise Excellence in Customer Engagement’ in November.

We’ve recently moved to Christchurch with our two dogs to be closer to our children and grandchildren. Outside work, we love reading, the outdoors, and spending time with family.

We’re excited to bring our knowledge and passion to Christchurch Northern area and help students thrive in their education.
