Hi, my name is Suzanne, and I am the owner of NumberWorks’nWords Albany. I have had an enjoyable and rewarding career teaching Mathematics at Secondary School level for over 30 years. Now I look forward to working with your child to build his/her confidence and enjoyment of Mathematics and English.

I recognise that each child has different needs and abilities when learning and I am passionate
about providing a safe and caring environment where your child feels comfortable to make mistakes and ask questions, as they build their confidence and understanding.

Every child should have the opportunity to reach their potential and they will do this in a fun and stimulating way at NumberWorks’nWords Albany.

What are the lesson times?

Our centres run one-hour tutoring sessions after school, Monday to Friday, usually starting from 3:30pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible to fit around your child’s other activities. Just let us know what works best for you!

What ages do you teach?

We work with students aged 5 to 16, covering all levels of ability; from early learners to those preparing for exams or needing extension work (more of challenge).

What subjects do you teach?

At NumberWorks'nWords we specialise in both maths and English.

What happens if my child is sick and can't make it?

Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll cancel your child’s tutoring session for that day and schedule a make-up session during the same term.
