I am a passionate educator who thrives on helping young learners maximise their potential. As a parent, registered teacher and former Principal, I recognise the challenges students have today. Many students are unhappy at school, struggling, or bored - that’s where we can help.

When you come into our centre you will first notice the buzz of excitement and the welcoming environment. You will see students working on their own individual programs, being supported by their tutors, having fun while learning, and celebrating their success. I’m proud of our caring and respectful culture that motivates and inspires our students. I love seeing them build confidence, feeling proud and successful. We are an award winning tutoring centre and the team and myself look forward to meeting you and supporting your child’s learning journey.

What are the lesson times?

Our centres run one-hour tutoring sessions after school, Monday to Friday, usually starting from 3:30pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible to fit around your child’s other activities. Just let us know what works best for you!

What ages do you teach?

We work with students aged 5 to 16, covering all levels of ability; from early learners to those preparing for exams or needing extension work (more of challenge).

What subjects do you teach?

At NumberWorks'nWords we specialise in both maths and English.

What happens if my child is sick and can't make it?

Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll cancel your child’s tutoring session for that day and schedule a make-up session during the same term.

Does the centre have any parking?

Parking is easily accessible and located in the Coles Sippy Downs complex. You can park anywhere in the carpark to drop off or collect your child.

What’s the process for dropping off and picking up my child?

You can drop your child off and either wait in the waiting room or the car or conveniently do your grocery shopping at Coles. Alternatively grab a coffee at one of the many cafes.

Are there amenities or shops close to your location?

Nearby amenities include Coles Supermarket, F45, Fitness Cartel, Sushi Ari, Banjo’s Bakery, Domino’s Pizza Sippy Downs, and Sippy Downs Family Medical Centre.

What’s the best way to find your centre?

Our centre is located within the Coles supermarket complex in Sippy Downs, upstairs above the Medical Centre. Our red and yellow signage is visible from anywhere in the car park. A lift and stairwell are located just outside Banjo’s Bakery.
