Hi, I'm Andrew, the owner and operator of NumberWorks'nWords Geelong. I am passionate about helping young people be the best that they can be, and that starts with finding confidence in the classroom and everyday life. 

I have 20 years experience in the media industry as a journalist and editor, hold a diploma in financial services, extensive teaching experience at tertiary level and specialised training at the Institute of Multisensory Education to support children with Dyslexia.

Our team brings energy to every tutoring session because we know if we make the learning fun children stay engaged for longer. Come and see us at our Belmont centre and you will find a place for children of all abilities to achieve their learning goals.

Hi there, I’m Lacey, the Manager of NumberWorks’nWords Geelong. I’m dedicated to creating an engaging learning space where every child can build confidence, discover their strengths, and feel proud of their achievements, both in the classroom and beyond.

With a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Medical Biotechnology) and electives in developmental psychology, I bring a strong understanding of how children learn, grow, and respond to support. I have also been with NumberWorks’nWords Geelong as an English tutor since 2023, giving me hands-on experience helping students to build literacy skills and a genuine love of learning.

I’m passionate about making learning clear, approachable, and enjoyable for our students. Our team brings enthusiasm and encouragement to every lesson, because when children feel supported, they stay motivated and make incredible progress.
