We've both enjoyed decades in management roles across large organisations however none have come close to being as rewarding as leading a team whose sole aim is to help children achieve their potential. As parents ourselves we wholeheartedly believe every child is worth the care and hard work we invest into them.
We strive to create the best environment possible to facilitate your child's learning, maintaining a fun and enjoyable culture that develops confidence and resilience, and positively encourages students to overcome challenges. Because we're 'people people', it's in our nature to build great, long-term relationships. We make it a point to provide regular updates on your child's progress too. We look forward to seeing you in our centre soon!

What are the lesson times?
Our centres run one-hour tutoring sessions after school, Monday to Friday, usually starting from 3:30pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible to fit around your child’s other activities. Just let us know what works best for you!
What ages do you teach?
We work with students aged 5 to 16, covering all levels of ability; from early learners to those preparing for exams or needing extension work (more of challenge).
What subjects do you teach?
At NumberWorks'nWords we specialise in both maths and English.
What happens if my child is sick and can't make it?
Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll cancel your child’s tutoring session for that day and schedule a make-up session during the same term.

What’s the process for dropping off and picking up my child?
You’re welcome to drop your child off and go, or if you prefer, walk them into our waiting room. Parents can return to collect their child at the end of their session, or stay in the waiting room to read or catch up on some work.
Does the centre have any parking?
Our centre is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. Please note that parking directly outside on Ryde Street is limited to 5 minutes until 4:00 pm. For longer stays, we recommend parking on Angus Avenue or George Street.
Are there amenities or shops close to your location?
Amenities in our building include a beauty therapist, a gym, a dentist, and a physiotherapist. A charming café is just a 5-minute walk away at the corner of Midson Rd and Boronia Ave, open until 4:00 pm daily. West Epping Park and the YMCA are also only a 5-minute walk from our centre.
What’s the best way to find your centre?
Our centre is located on the opposite side of Carlingford Rd from Epping West Public School. Students from Epping West can safely walk to us via the footbridge over Carlingford Rd.
