In-line with schools across the UK, NumberWorks'nWords centres will reopen for the Autumn Term on 7 September. We look forward to welcoming our students back to in-centre learning.
During this time, we will continue to strictly manage hygiene and social distancing at our centres under the strict guidelines set out by our government.
We will maintain a distance of 1m from any other person.
Unless absolutely necessary (e.g. for safety), there is to be no direct contact from person to person and minimal touching of common items without disinfecting between each use (e.g. no sharing of calculators or headphones). Students are encouraged to supply their own headphones and calculators where possible.
Every person is to wash/sanitise their hands upon arrival to the centre, after sneezing/coughing, and after toileting.
Every item and flat surface will be wiped with disinfectant after each use.
No person displaying cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. fever, coughing, sneezing, breathing difficulty, runny nose, etc.) are to be in the centre at any time. Any person displaying symptoms are to be sent home.
Any person that has been confirmed a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19 must not attend the centre until they have been tested and confirmed negative.
An accurate record of attendance will be maintained at all times.
