I first came across NumberWorks'nWords while living in New Zealand where both of my daughters attended a NumberWorks'nWords centre. Both girls loved it so much and progressed fantastically whilst having a great time learning. I have an extensive background in teaching across both SA and NSW and have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of many children's learning journey over the past two decades. NumberWorks'nWords has a fantastic program that offers a fun, individualised approach to learning. I am delighted to have introduced this exciting program to Adelaide students.

Ready to book an assessment at Norwood?
A NumberWorks’nWords assessment in English and/or maths is a great way to see how your child is doing and where they might need support.
Our centres run one-hour tutoring sessions after school, Monday to Friday, usually starting from 3:30pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible to fit around your child’s other activities. Just let us know what works best for you!
What ages do you teach?
We work with students aged 5 to 16, covering all levels of ability; from early learners to those preparing for exams or needing extension work (more of challenge).

At NumberWorks'nWords we specialise in both maths and English.
What happens if my child is sick and can't make it?
Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll cancel your child’s tutoring session for that day and schedule a make-up session during the same term.
Which schools in the area do you have students attending from?
Our students come from Burnside Primary School, Marryatville High School, St Peters Girls School, Pembroke School, St Ignatius College, Rose Park Primary School, Marryatville Primary School, Norwood Primary School, East Adelaide Primary School, Linden Park Primary School, and many more, but we welcome students from all schools.
Does the centre have any parking?
We have parking available for drop off and pick up at the back of the building.
Are there amenities or shops close to your location?
Our centre is located just down the road from the Norwood Shop Precinct and one block from the Norwood Football Oval.
